Company Description

In 1986 ATP provided some of the UKs first off-road driving and multi-activity events, together with team building, themed party events and entertainment, the original business was established.

The event industry has changed dramatically since then and our current business offers a broad spectrum of event management, team building and training products linked to conference and marketing concepts with innovation and originality still at the core.

Event Management
Conference and event planning can be challenging - you need people who will care and really pay attention to the small details that make or break your concept.

Venue finding, set design, conference production, lighting, audio visual, motivational speakers, ice breakers, team building, motivational activities, supporting activity, gala dinner, theming, evening entertainment .. just a few of the considerations for a successful event.

Active Training
Each of our events delivers the positive experience of a shared challenge with lasting impact. ATP is the official licensee for The AT&T Williams PitStop Challenge, an incredible experience building team confidence and performance with positive benefits, a completely unique team event.

Companies still need to motivate staff and inspire their loyalty, in our current economic climate this is essential for the future of any business.

The PitStop Challenge is just one of many experiential team events - each concept can be used to great effect to energise and build better teams for your company.

Team Dynamics
Team Dynamics - a fresh and original approach creating and delivering exciting ideas for motivating and inspiring staff, reinforcing business messages and training - shared experiences with lasting impact.

Soft skills such as team work and problem solving are not always directly related to job roles and very often not considered as important as academic qualifications. A recent survey commissioned by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) revealed that employers also look for communication skills (61%) followed by team working (58%), self motivation/initiative (41%) and problem solving (28%) in their employees.
